Deck Defense Frame Protection

Our deck defense system utilizes a combination of Rot Bloc products, butyl self sealing tape and copper coat preservatives to protect wood decking components that commonly rot prematurely.

Composite and PVC decking and railing labor warranties range from 5-25 years depending on the products selected.
Premium PVC and mineral based decking along with composite and aluminum railing come standard with a 25 year transferable workmanship warranty.
Paver Patio Warranties
All Paver Patios come with our 5 year workmanship warranty that protects you if the patio begins to settle or pavers begin to crack during freeze thaw cycles. Typically issues with patio installation present themselves within 12-24 months. Providing a full 60 months means you shouldn’t have to worry about anything outer than normal maintenance and cleaning over time.

Generally exterior products come with our enhanced 10 year labor warranty that will protect your investment from leaking, rot, and other workmanship related issues.
