From our initial meeting to the completion of your project, our number one goal is to exceed your expectations. Before we can begin construction, there are many tasks that must be completed. We do this efficiently by using project, customer service and communication tools and technologies along with a great staff that all share the same vision of excellence. 1. INITIAL VISIT
What Can I Expect During This Visit?
You can schedule your free consultation by calling our office or submitting online. We will send an experienced tech or designer to your home to gather information and advise you on your project. We can typically provide an estimate at that time, so you’ll know exactly what it will cost for your deck installation, patio enclosure, roof replacement, or any other type of exterior home improvement project.

4. CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS
For projects requiring building permits, we typically include detailed framing drawings which serve several purposes.

Now its time to install your new project. This may take days, weeks, or even months to complete depending on the size and scope of the work. Your project manager will keep you informed every step of the way and a crew leader will be onsite to answer any questions that you may have. Once complete, we will schedule a walk thru to make sure there are no unresolved “punch list” items that need to be done. Once have completed the job to your satisfaction it’s time to invite friends and family to see your new look!
