Our President, Graham Perry Sr., brings a lifetime of hands-on expertise to every project. Born and raised in California, Graham moved to Virginia in 2001, where he immersed himself in the construction industry. With deep experience across multiple trades, including carpentry, masonry, electrical, plumbing, and design. Graham saw a recurring problem in the industry. This was a lack of clear communication and modern project management.
He founded HD Decks & Exteriors to fix that. By integrating advanced technology into our marketing and project systems, Graham has ensured that our customers never experience the “typical” construction headaches. As Graham often says
“How you manage your internal interferences is the mark of your character”.
This philosophy drives our commitment to industry-leading customer service and transparency.
