From our initial meeting to the completion of your project, our number one goal is to exceed your expectations. When you choose to work with us, you get a project manager to communicate important information and oversee the installation of your project. Before we can begin construction, there are many tasks that must be completed. We do this efficiently by using project, customer service and communication tools and technologies along with great people that share the same vision of excellence. Below are the steps we take to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your choice.
1. Initial Visit
What Can I Expect During This Visit?
You can schedule your free inspection and consultation by calling our office or filling out our form online- appointments typically take 60 minutes. We will send an experienced tech to your home to gather information about your project. Typically we are able to provide an estimate at that time, so you’ll know exactly what it will cost for your project.

2. Free Design & Price
Unless the project is complicated or special elements are requested, we will provide an exact quote for the job when we meet. If the estimate will require more time, your tech will schedule a follow-up appointment so that he/she has the time required to properly price your job.
When we say Exact Quote, we mean it. This is not an estimate, we guarantee the price for 1 full year. You will never be asked to pay more during the construction process. If the original project is modified by you during installation, we will address those changes fairly as they occur.
3. Project Management Portal
Communication is Key!
We’ll add you to our job portal so you’ll always know the status of your job and of any delays in the schedule. You will get regular updates as your job progresses and learn of any hiccups when we do. All of the members of our team will be alerted if your job is behind schedule or has delays so we can make it a top priority.
4. HOA APPROVAL & PERMITS
We Handle The HOA
Many projects will require HOA approval before construction can start. Team HD will prepare the HOA application, including all relevant drawings and samples, and deliver that to you in time for your next HOA meeting. You don’t have to worry about anything, we will handle this for you!
And Building & Zoning Permits
All of the costs for obtaining relevant building permits are included in the price of the job. Most importantly, we will be responsible for passing final inspections, not you!
5. Materials & Scheduling
Scheduling will depend on several factors – the time of year, the weather of course, and any deadlines you may have for an event at your home. We love happy customers, and projects built on time lead to happy customers. With that, there are many factors that we cannot control but we always strive communicate realistic time frames for completion and our goal is to exceed all of your expectations.
6. Installation & COMPLETION
Now its time to install your new project. This may take days or weeks,to complete depending on the size and scope of the work. Your project manager will keep you informed every step of the way and a crew leader will be onsite to answer any questions that you may have. Once complete, we will schedule a walk thru to make sure there are no unresolved “punch list” items that need to be done. Once have completed the job to your satisfaction it’s time to invite friends and family to see your new look!
