Meet Our Team

President and Founder: Graham Perry Sr.
Graham is the father to 4 boys and was born and raised in California and moved to Virginia in 2001. After moving to Virginia Graham began working in the construction and home improvement industry and has experience with multiple trades including carpentry, masonry, electrical and plumbing- design, sales, and installation.
Graham recognized early in his careen that the majority of construction and improvement companies were not utilizing advancements in technology to effectively communicate, market their business efficiently, and manage projects effectively and that even good companies were spending and charging way too much to ensure customers were satisfied with their process. That’s why Graham spent over a year developing systems to address the typical shortcomings in the industry to deliver industry leading customer service and guarantees without the overhead of the big remodeling companies.
Director of Operations: Beth Parone

Beth is the mother of three wonderful kids. She was born and raised in Minnesota before moving to Virginia to be closer to her father, a retired Air Force Colonel working at the Pentagon. Beth has years of customer service experience and when shes not in the office making sure nothing falls through the cracks, she enjoys donating time to expecting mothers as a lactation counselor and playing hockey.

Sales & Marketing Manager: Graham Perry Jr.

Graham Jr. is the oldest son of Graham Sr. While attending Forest Park High School Graham played baseball and in his senior year took a job in this industry working as a marketing manager for a large home improvement company. Before Graham had graduated H.S. he was promoted and successfully completed sales training for that company. Today, Graham attends college part time and works with is father handling sales and design for roofing, restoration, decks, patios, siding, gutters, and windows.

Office Manager: Diane Snyder

Diane is a native Northern Virginian where she earned her Associates Degree in Human Resources and a Bachelors Degree in Accounting and Finance at George Mason University.  Diane has a large family that she sites as one of her greatest accomplishments. Diane brings several years of experience in the home improvement industry and keeps things running smoothly as she manages the office. She enjoys watching a wide variety of documentaries and spending time with her family.

Project Manager: Tom Sanchez

Tom has been building home improvement spaces for over 20 years and is a licensed contractor himself. There inst much Tom hasn’t seen or done when it comes to carpentry and outdoor deck projects. When Tom’s not building decks or running around taking care of customers, he enjoys coaching baseball with his son Justin, hanging out with his daughter Taylor and two dog children!

Design Consultant: Tim Dumm

Tim is a 30 year vet in the home improvement industry and describes himself as a simple man, putting family and faith first. Tim is also a huge local sports fan, so when hes not running around meeting with customers about their projects, you can find him rooting for the home team with his wife and daughters.

Design Consultant: Kevin Ahalt

After a long career as a restaurant manager, Kevin decided to make a change so that he could spend more time with his wife and two daughters. When Kevin’s is not designing outdoor projects and climbing on roofs, he enjoys spending time with his wife Kim, and daughters Jewell and Emileia, nicknamed after Star Wars Princess Leia.

Design Consultant: Corey Robertson

Corey is new to the home improvement industry. After being laid off due to Covid-19 Corey made the choice to join our team and learn a new career. Since then he has been working hard to learn as much as he can about what we do and how we do it and we could be happier with his progress.
